[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — No responce for the complaint since last 10 days

I purchased a RO Genius model in 2013 and since then every year there is problem in the chip and Eureka Forbes is taking around 10 to 15 days to resolve it. This year also since last two week the RO is nor working and a complaint is lodged. Even after 15 days of the complaint no response from the concerned which irritates.
