[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No response against multiple complaints from 17 days | |||||
I have recently bought Aqua guard geneus (previous month), The same day water sensor has stop working( water is not storing in Aquaguard tank at all) i had raised complaint with Aquaguard team and they inform that their is problem with PCB and that need to be replace by them but till now no action has been taken. I have raise multiple complaints( 3 times) This product cost 23K but do Aquaguard team take this much time to replace component. More ever i have no updates from Aquaguard team Is this is the service Aqua guard provides to customer after selling their product Was this information helpful? | |||||

I also got one message that one valve has changed and price of valve was 350 Rs. it never happened in reality and seems that visiting technician did something fishy in his report.
I am fed up with chasing technicians and also escalated issue to second level but no luck.
If my issue will not resolved in 48 hours I will raise it in social media and advise every not to buy Eureka forbes product as they are unable to provide satisfactory after sale service.
Hope this message will be treated on priority.
