[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No response for installation | |||||
Hi, I had bought an Dr Aquaguard Geneus Plus RO and called your customer care for installation. The reference number is [protected]. The service did not happen for 4 days. I called up again. They said they will send the technician in 2 days. Again nobody came. Then I called again. Again the same thing happened. Today I called up for the fourth time.They gave the same answer. I don't know what is happening. Did I buy a Eureka Forbes product ? or some random roadside company product? I your work over once you sell the product to me? What do I do with this product?
