Eureka Forbes — No response for repair of Aquaguard Sensa for last one month | |||
I had lodged a complaint regarding repair of Aquaguard which was attended after ten days after escalating the service request at least five times since 11 Aug 15. The machine was finally repaired and an amount of Rs 2050 was paid for changing the PCB. However just after five days the problem cropped up again and since then no service person is attending the complaint on the pretext that the spare part is not available. In spite of lodging fresh complaints repeatedly with call centre there is no response. Pl help us since drinking water is an essential need. Was this information helpful? | |||
