I have booked a service request for my aquaguard water purifier on 8th november 2018 morning and the customer care executive told me that the technician will visit the same day by 6 pm. However, no technician came and no call was also made to inform about the delay. I spoke to the customer care executive again and the technician visit was scheduled for 9th november 2018 between 12pm to 2 pm. However, again no technician came and no calls were made. Also, when i tried to complain this to the customer care executive, he put my call on hold for 10 mins and further there was no response, thus i had to cut the call. This is a very unprofessional and pathetic behavior from the service team, knowing the fact that i have an amc for the product for which i paid rs.3000. Kindly resolve the same as i have buy water from outside for which i have to pay a lot of money. Was this information helpful? |
Even though it is kept at service centre, no reply from there
So i made a complaint in this forum but with no effect.
However i am planning to seek consumer protection for refund of its price along with compensation
