Eureka Forbes - — No response from the servicing department--Unexpected from this esteemed company | |||
Existing SR no: 81094971. I live in Dankuni Housing, Hoogly, kolkata, west bengal. I am using aqua guard magna model for 4 months. Last 1 week, i am facing some issues and complaint with local servicing center. After 3 days they have suddenly identified that there is a problem in the sensor, so it is not working. They confirmed that they will resolve the issue. But very next day they have stopped taking call and after several tries when the call has been received by them they are saying company will take care this we have nothing to do. Who is the company, what is role of local service center, this is not expected at all from a company like this. Request logged for 4 days, no phone call, no executive visit to check even where the problem is. I don, t know whether this compliant will go to the company or not. But please do something as in dankuni water problem is severe and that's why we went for aquaguard. Was this information helpful? | |||
