I have lodged a request on 29.04.2014 vide request number 76106736 for service of my aquaguard water purifier. Since the product is out of warranty, i was intimated that it is chargeable and i agreed to it. But till now I have not received any call or info from you regarding my service complaint which is pending for almost a month now from your end. Very sad to note that you have no value for a customer complaint lodged. Over and above this, you are not customer friendly. YOu don't provide us to contact & escalate our complaints through you website while most of the consumer products offer this facility for their customer. If you really a friend for life like you boast in your publicity, please make your website customer friendly. Monitor whether all customer calls lodged are attended or not. Otherwise you will end up earning a bad name only because of your poor attention and worst & careless attitude towards customer complaints.
