[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No response to service request | |||||
I had put in a request for dismantling and reinstalling aquaguard 5 days ago but i got no response. After getting no response for 2 days i sent email to the concerned executive and still have not got any reply. I called the company again this morning, and after keeping me on hold for a good 20 minutes, they told me that i need to put in a new service request and that they'll get back to me in 2-3 days. This behavior is quite contrary to what they commit during the purchase. Was this information helpful? | |||||
