[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No response towards new product installation

Unresponsive towards new product installation. Every time false commitment by the customer care executives regarding installation. Worst kind of customer response. If problem is there for online booking rather than for local purchase then the company must give in written that please don't buy product online else we will not able to provide service. This is to inform you that i am really feeling regret for purchasing the eureka product. The product was booked on 25.07.2016. As committed by your sales person the same product was to be delivered & installed within 10 days. Unfortunately the same was delivered to me on 09.08.2016 after so many follow up from my end but the product is showing that it is delivered on 29.07.2016 in your fedex courier portal. On that same date i have registerd a request for product installation. Since that very day your customer care executive are making fun out of it that it will be installed within 24 hours /48 hours & within the same date within 8.30 pm etc. You people are very concern about selling your product but no concern towarsd installation. God knows what kind of service your company will provide to customer after installation. When its time to sell your product customer care executives are so friendly & energetic with the customers. Once the material is booked & money received you start showing your standard. Anyways its my pain that you peole can never understand & i am feeling sorry for the product i have choosed.
