I had purchased water purifier RO by online about 7 months back. Now it's not working. I had sent service request by online 7 days back. But no reply and again I complaint through your customer care number. But wait for 2 days and no response. I again contact customer care and they told will attend within 24 hours. But after 48 hours on response. At the time of purchase you promise me prompt service and this is cheating. So I am compelled to buy another RO plant of another company and so I want to refund the amount paid for this and you can take back this product.
I may wait for 24 hours more for your response and if no response I shall by another product and proceed to consumer court for my loss and your cheating.
