My customer code is [protected]. This is with reference to the numerous communications done after the purchase of AMC contract no. [protected]. I had shifted the premises before purchase of the AMC and installation was done by the Eurekaforbes team in the month of March, 2020. The address updation was also requested for that time. And I used to get harassing calls everyday from Eurekaforbes to purchase the AMC.
However, the day I purchased AMC, I stopped getting calls from Eurekaforbes to even provide services. In this event I feel cheated. I have waited for the lockdown to end and as Karimnagar is in Orange Zone, all the services are open and all other brands have provided necessary services requested except for Eurekaforbes.
I have attached the mail communication to Customer Care for updation of address, specially state of residence Telangana with pin code 505001. But till date i.e. 13.05.2020, customer care replies to me with the hal[censored]pdated address i.e. in Gujarat. Even from the Pin code it is visible that the place does not come under Gujarat. But in vain.
I have attached the AMC purchase mail from Eurekaforbes and also the mail communication to the customer care for which I have not received any callback or any update from the Eurekaforbes team.
My complaint reference numbers are as follows: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. And many times customer care has failed to provide the service request number. In the name of lockdown, customer care executives have been misusing the privileges and rather than providing the solutions are busy in registering requests without any actual servicing. As it is known that Karimnagar is in Orange Zone and all other brands are providing services along with all the installation requests.
I therefore now demand that my AMC be extended for the duration in which I have not received the service and the AMC start from the date I receive the services.
You are requested have a look into this matter with utmost sincerity and provide a solution.
