[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no service after vacuum cleaner | |||||
I purchased a super clean vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes from big bazar, gip, noida that is still in service warranty. Now its motor is not working. I have called 15-20 times in your customer care in past 2 months and every time i am committed with technician visit to resolve the issue but to my surprise even most of time request is not logged into the system and not reference no is given. 2-3 time request is logged, but not response after it. Following are reference no - 27 may - [protected] 13 jun - [protected] Only once the technician name vijay kumar visited to my home around 1 month back asking that motor needs to be replaced and once it will available he will replace it and give me the following contact no (Raghav - [protected]) to check the availability of motor. I have called this no more than 20-30 times but i got the only one time chance to talk with this person again committing that motor will be available in next 2-3 days and now no one is picking the call from past 3 weeks. I again called the customer care last week, again same commitments but still response is nill bate sannatta. From the around last 2 months, i am going through the tragic experience with customer service. Then i mailed to customer care, but again same cycle begun but still no service Was this information helpful? | |||||
