[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No service engg. to fix the new dr. aquaguard magna hd ro water purifier. | |||||
I was browsing for aquaguard water filters and a on line support person assisted me and told me a sales person will visit me in my house and he did the very next day. I ordered the unit on 15-6-17 and was delivered by courier on 17-6-17. I was surprised by the quick home delivery. Then the nightmare started. I have been calling the number provided in the invoice but no body will pick the call. If some body picks they will tell the service engineer will attend and then no response. Today is 10th day i have been buying water from outside it is additional cost on me. Sales man from eureca forbes sales office: 47 pammal, pallavaram, 600043 chennai attended me.
