DEAR SIR...I HAVE DONE [AMC] FROM M/S C.R ENTERPRISES SHOP NO 28, RED CROSS MARKET KARNAL...AUTH.DIRECT SALE & SERVICE CENTRE OF AQUAGUARD & VACUUM CLEANERS ..KARNAL. DEAR SIR I HAVE DONE AMC OF RS WORTH 1250/- FROM THIS ENTERPRISES..WHEN EVER I FACE A PROBLEM I HAVE TO CALL THEM SOO MANY TIMES..ON TELLING MY PROBLEM WHICH I HAVE BEEN FACING THIS SERVICE CENTRE NEVER OR EVER PROVIDE ME A COMPLAINT NUMBER I DONT KNOW WHY?..MY Q IS THAT WHEN THEY R NOT PROVIDING SERVICE TO THEIR COUSTOMERS THEN WHY THEY R DOING AMC[ ANNUAL MAINTANCE CONTRACT] OF THEIR PRODUCT..ALTHOUGH WHENEVER I NEED A SERVICE PERSON I HAVE TO MADESO MANY CALLS TO THEM O SOLVE MY PROBLEM...WHY THEY DONT ATTEND A COMPLAINT ..?? DOES IT MY DUTY TO CALL THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN TO RECTIFIE MY PROBLEM..? I REQUEST U I DONT NEED A AMC AND PLEASEREFUND MY MONEY BACK..THANKS WITH REGARDS...FROM RAVISH KUMAR...
