[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no service for a product within warranty | |||||
Date: 29-july-2018 The worst possible decision i took in my life is to buy a dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv water purifier from eureka forbes in apr-2018. They took nearly a month to deliver the product after making payment. The product is still under warranty. Now the water purifier is not working and i have raised a service request on 29th july. There is no response from them yet even after 5 days. I think they might take a month to address this service request. I am fed up calling the customer care every morning and i receive same response from them saying that it will be addressed the next day. Eureka forbes is the most unprofessional company i have ever encountered. I would like to return the water purifier and request eureka forbes to refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
