We have an AMC for our RO purifier. And in last week on Jan 2022 as part of regular process we got the unit serviced under the AMC. The service engineer name is Sarvesh. He cam and serviced.
Within 1 day we called him back as the unit stopped working and water was not getting filled in the tank. Sarvesh came, checked and stated that we need to log a complaint on the official number as some particular part was not working and needed replacement.
So on 28th Jan 2022 we logged the complaint - complaint number is [protected]. Sarvesh asked us to share the ref no. so that he can work on it, by mistake we shared the satisfaction code as well with the message.
After that we got call from Eureka Forbes asking for feedback since status as per them was that the complaint has been attended where it was not so. We called Sarvesh and asked that by when will the problem be corrected, to that he stated every time that due to ongoing audits the particular part is not getting issued and this might take 1-2 days.
Then we logged another complaint on 1st Feb 2022 - complaint number is [protected] and since then we are getting calls to take feedback on the service from a person by the name "Vijay" and on learning the issue he commits to escalate the same and resolve the problem within 48 hrs. today is 8th Feb over and till not nothing has been done and only false promises are being made.
I would like you to look into our problem and provide a solution to it.
