[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No service since unit installed 8 months

Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that I purchased the unit and it was installed sucessufully my unit number is [protected] and IS-14724 CM/l 9586004 UV water purifier
And when we call they just say tomorrow the technician will come but till today no one attend the unit to change filter and inspect sir i am very disappoint with the service please help me to solve my issue
i will be very thankful for you favourable answer.
