We experienced a very bad service by your franchise for our sensa water purifier purchase three years back.
When ever we complain about the problem in purifier. They never turned up and ultimately we have to get the job done by local mechanic, though we had a valid service contract till 27.05.2014 against payment of rs.4260/-(Four thousand two hundred sixty) only.
We request you to take appropriate action against your franchise and give us the name and address of suitable good franchise for fresh service contract and who will attend our problem in time.
