Eureka took money from on malfunctioned Product (Aqua guard water purifier Aura) at Aug/Sep'21
And top of it, Eureka took additional money - saying filters are not working and doesn't cover under warranty. Though the purifier was having issues from day one which their hided during the installation.
Even after changing filters purifier didn't work.
Been chasing from months. No proper response, always says "we are working on it."
They took the purifier to their warehouse/lab months back and still No updates on status what's happening.
I have been chasing for product replacement or refund of all money including additional amount took for filters(where product its is having problem). But Eureka is NOT committed in solving customer issues but they are looting money for malfunctioned and failure product.
