Eureka Forbes — No Servicing done since 2 months.

Eureka Forbes customer service has gone down the drain. I have been calling the customer care since july and requesting them to do a routine clean up of my Aquaguard. I get assurance from them saying their service person would visit withing 48 hrs but they have never shown up. They take Rs.1640 as a yearly contract fees and no one shows up!! Its risky to have my family drink water from a product which has not been cleaned for months. Eureka forbes has no concern for their customers. On top of that, their customer care person tells me that both my requests have been processed and addressed successfully. Its high time Eureka forbes, senior management addresses this issue.
