I have 2nos.Enhance water purifier. One had a problem of water not entering the machine. Technicians must have changed atleast 10 sensors thinking that was the fault. One fine morning it worked. It took 2-3 months for the exercise. Obviously it is a manufacturing defect.
I have another same type of machine in New Panvel. Since 3 days it also has the same problem. Red light blinking and water not entering. I made a complaint. Till today no one has turned up.
Can some one in the company tell me what I must do? It looks like I must keep another brand of machine as a stand by.
You people are good at selling but not good at servicing. You franchise to any body and everybody who do not know anything about your machine. You ought to have given training.
