I am fb customer for more than 25 years. Till 2019, i had nova model for which i had service contract[protected] dated 30th may 2017 valid until 29th may 2020 (Customer code [protected] 0. However, i bought a new model genius+ model on 13th april 2019 sr, number[protected] and i was provided new customer code [protected]. I informed your sales man to get balance amount in nova contract refunded. Rs. 1721/- which he said that he will provide extra service after1 year warranty of new unit.
During 1 year, new unit was serviced 1 time only 16th october 2019. The informed that they could not come in april 2020 due to locked down. I asked them 13.5 free service for new unit as promised by your sales man. They told that, our sales man had fooled me in april 2019 and no such compensatory service can be given. Since new unit was serviced once, they forced me to buy a new service contract for rs. 5800 (Receipt no. 815 032i8610. My talking to your abm noorula, he refused to help.
