[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non attending complaint | |
AG Total Nova Water filter back frame has become brittle and fallen off. The unit was due for service on 26-MAR-2015 under AMC in force. My complaint is registered under No [protected] dated 13-MAR-2015 and inspite of several calls on mobile No: [protected] of Goa area (Mr Mathran) no action is forthcoming. This is second complaint for Most unreliable after sales service/AMC. Pls keep that in mind when you buy any product from Eureka Forbes. While they are very quick to collect Amcs, they are very unresponsive to any complaints. I am suffering from their inaction since 13th March 2015. If not attended, I have decided to put my remarks on all groups in GOA.
