Eureka Forbes — Non closure of open tickets, bad quality of product and non cooperation by service provider

The product is new, only got it placed 6 months ago and since then it is giving problems. I have to raise a request every couple of days, the service provider comes and does some thing charges money and promises no problem will happen henceforth. But again the same thing happens. I have lodged multiple complaints over the last six months.
