NO [protected] TYPE: AQUAGUARD NOVA WATER PURIFIER I HAD REGISTERED A REQUEST FOR SERVICING OF MY MACHINE ON 6 MAY 2014 ON YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER [protected]. IT WAS DULY ATTENDED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS ON 8 MAY 2014. SUSEQUENTLY THERE AFTER THE MACINE STARTED MALFUNCTIONING AND A COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON THE SAME NUMBER ON 10 MAY 2014. BUT TO MY EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT THE COMPLIANT HAS NOT YET BEEN ATTENDED TILL TODAY AS ON 29 MAY 2014. AWAITING FOR YOUR PROMPT AND IMMEDIATE ACTION. Was this information helpful? | |||
