[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non delivery of product which was purchased by paying full amount | |||
Hi, i have purchased a vaccum cleaner. paid full amount on 31st oct. sales person by name Pratap confirmed me that by 2nd the machien would be delivered to me. I have been calling him since 3rd. he is either not picking the call or telling that it will next day. I have rasied a formal complaint in cutsomer care today. this worst from Eureka forbes. You need to understand the customer problems. If this is not sorted out immedialty, i am rasing a formal complaint in consumer court on 9th. Was this information helpful? | |||
