Eureka Forbes — Non-delivery of service under AMC

Sir, We have been using Eureka Products since 25 years and after coming to Rajahmundry we bagan getting scant response and nil service from the local Eureka agent. Both our Aqua Guard and Vacuum Cleaner are under AMC (Cust code:[protected] & nil) both are active, still we dont get service. I placed request to replace the castors for Vacuum Cleaner in the month of Jan 2015 and repeated requests at least four times till now. They dont bother to attend the problem. Please help solve the issue. Thanking you, Karunakumar K
