[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non delivery of vacuum cleaner

I ordered for a vacuum cleaner on 24 March 2014 through a direct sales representative Vijay Singh, code 9028977, mobile number [protected] and paid Rs.4990/- though a cheque. He promised delivery within 2-3 days. The cheque as en cashed on 29 March 2014 I gave time for a week and then started callig. Till date I would have made about 7 calls and every time he would says that he would give an update in 2 minutes but would not call back. Today, I made 3 calls in vain. In the last call he made his assistant Sanjay pick up my call. I had to narrate the whole matter to him only as a wasted exercise. He has no courtesy to reply. I usd to give eureka as an example to my company employees. Now I will still do that but for a different purpose .
I want to keno how does the company plan to compensate this
