[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — non fulfillment of delivering gift

Really it is painful to write again that your company sales employee is giving false commitment for selling your product after that not bother to deliver as promised. This is my 2nd complain. 1st complain was made before one weeks time which was very well being acknowledged by your team & given me another assurance to deliver the watch (A sales promotional gift) within 24 hours but shameful to deliver as per commitment. Even i got 2nd call from your sales employee mr. Aayush jain who was the guy who promised us while selling your dr. Ro acquaguard machine that he will deliver by monday or tuesday i. E. 9th or 10th sept. Which is again wrong as no such fulfillment. This is making the people fool by your company employees. I required to resolve this issue within 24 hours time without further follow ups from our side...

This company, Eureka Forbes is a cheat. I purchased a vacuum cleaner for Rs.23990 and the free watch was promised to me. As usual its been 1.5 months and nothing is delivered to me. When I am contacting their online shopping team they are differing responses every time - while one time they are saying that delay is to due to COVID-19 restriction, the very next moment they are saying product is out of stock. There is no point of escalation and the local sales person will forget you immediately after the purchase is complete. It is a very sad experience from this company - a complete fake and cheat.
