[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non issue of purchase bill and warranty card | |||||
Please find herewith advance and final cash receipts Nos. 024064 and 024146 for Rs. 10, 000/- and Rs. 16, 000/- respectively both dated 30/09/2015 for the purchase of Dr. Aqua Guard MAGNA HD RO + UV on 30/09/2015. Although the product has been delivered I am not in receipt, as on date, a proper purchase bill and warranty card as assured, by their sales personnel. And that too despite several reminders over telephone to the sales personnel concerned. Seriously I am beginning to doubt whether the product I have been supplied with is original or spurious. I had written to Customer Care, Eureka Forbes regarding this on 14th December 2015 and so far I have received any response. Kindly do the needful.
