On 20th June I had registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes regarding my RO which had stopped working. Upon inspection the service agent informed that the filters need replacement and will be chargeable. Upon enquiring I was told that filters are not covered in the AMC which in the first place was never informed neither verbally nor through a written contract. The AMC contract renewal was done on 20th Oct 2021 after payment of INR 6350 and stands valid till 19th Oct 2022. No copy of the same was handed over as it was communicated that a msg confirming the same will be received from Eureka Forbes and details of AMC can be checked online. Apart from the basic AMC details of Date, Phone no, Product and component No. no further details were shared.
so hereby I wish to register a complaint against Eureka Forbes for non performance of AMC
