[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — non refund of money against returned defective product even after so many complaints | |||||
We purchased dr. Aquaguard classic + water purifier. Being found defective., we complained but company couldn't resolve problem. Within 10 days we registered return of product. It has been two months we are fighting for our money. Till date company has not refunded. Moreover after so many follow up no response given by company regarding our money. It is fraudulent company. We are getting such foolish reply from eureka forbes since two months. company not refunding money. Worst service ever seen. I suggest company should close business instead of cheating and harassing customers.
