Annual service contract was made for the Product: Aquagard, Model: Compact, for the period 6.06.2013 to 5.06.2014 through authorised service franchise M/S Chitta Ranjan Jena, Shree vihar, Hata Tota Talcher, ph- [protected]. It is to mention that not a single service was rendered inspite of repeated requests over telephone throughout the contract period. Now the contract period has been expired on 5.06.2014, therefore please forward us the names of the other reliable franchises who are providing services in Talcher area. Please enquire why no services were rendered throughout the AMC contract period and action to be taken against the above franchise may be intimated at the earliest.
