I have purchased a aguagard (Dr. Ag magna hd ro, s. No. [protected]) water purifier on 05/10/2016 in hyderabad. At the time of purchase, the agent (Name: mr. Venu, phone no. [protected]) did not submit the gifts, cover for purifier and a wrist watch (These two are the official gifts that should be accompanied with the water purifier) by saying that the gifts are out of stock. He promised me to submit those gifts whenever the stock resumes. Later, i spoke to the agent so many times for getting the offered gifts. After some days, the agent has kept the contact number switched off. Till now, i have not received above said gifts.
I lodged a complaint with call center representative (Name: bindu) on 24.09.2017. She told me that the complaint would resolved with in two working days. Till now, the complaint is not resolved.
I am claiming the materials that i should had been provided at the time of purchase. The address where the water purifier was installed is
