I had purchased a new water purifier of Eureka Forbes, model name REVIVA NXT UV, on 29th May 2021 from their local franchise cum authorised dealer, MIHIR ENTERPRISE, Bhilai/DURG. Since yesterday the equipment is not working. We immediately called the shop owner who on checking the system said that the Filter (set of 3) has gone wrong and it has to be replaced and we have to bear the cost which is around 2000/- as FILTERS are not included in WARRANTY.
During Dussera we were out of station for nearly 5 weeks, so practically we had been using the machine for less than 5 months. I had been using different models of Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes for more than 20 years. This is the first time I am facing an issue and am sorry to say its now more than 36 hours after having lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes online, and no response received from the Company.
How can the Filter go wrong with in 5 months of purchase? Needless to mention here we are a family of THREE members. The Seller says we must have over used its Capacity, which sounds ridiculous.
WE DEMAND FREE REPLACEMENT OF THE FILTERS ANF MAKE THE EQUIPMENT FUNCTIONAL, AS IT IS WELL WITHIN WARRANTY. Was this information helpful? |
