Am a process manager for a concern.
This is the worst process, customer service, customer support and after sales service I could ever run.
When coming to product, I returned three filters since I purchased. And the 4th one after just few uses is not working for which I booked complaint and found the above quality of service.
All together they are just crazy business .
Just doing a cheating water purifier business.
