[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not able to get replacement of spares even though promised under amc | |||||
We are senior citizens and in possession of AG classic water purifier machine since many years. Since last 4 years we have been paying 2 yearly charges for AMC. Recently we have observed that the filter case has worn out and developed a crack. On contacting your customer care, we were guaranteed a replacement of the same free of cost but when technician visited us, he said it will be charged. In the mean time, we have recently shifted to a new location and have brought only the machine and not the case as the same was promised to be replaced by the company. Even in the AMC papers it is written that the contract covers replacement of worn out parts. However, your service centre refuses to replace it. Let me make it very clear that for a senior citizen to pay for AMC and still expecting us to again pay for worn-out part is totally uncalled for and after being a loyal customer of Aquaguard for more than a decade. Kindly note: My customer ID : [protected] My complain docket no. was generated 3 times: [protected]; [protected];[protected]as I had to make innumerable calls to your customer support) Please instruct your service centre to provide us the equipment (filter case with fitting) free (under AMC) so that our water purifier becomes functional again. Today evening I got a call from your service centre from Mrs Chakraborty[protected] that her senior Mr. PK Basu has refused to co-operate and plainly told that company cannot provide the new candle case. I am very sorry to say that if that is the kind of customer care you provide to loyal customers, that too to senior citizens, its really really unfortunate. And I won't hesitate to knock the doors of consumer court . Because its not about money but about customer support. Now where is it written in your AMC contract that worn-out, old parts will not be replaced. Kindly respond asap... Was this information helpful? | |||||
