My water purifier needs servicing and the pipe is leaking. Called your toll free no. But till date no response. It is almost 3 weeks since.. I have signed service contract with your company a year ago and the technician who attended promised to check the appliance whenever there was a problem. 3 weeks ago the pipe started leaking and also the music stops suddenly and restarts,
Why?? So i called the toll free no. Twice and they assured the technician will attend for servicing, but no... Please follow up and call me on [protected] or [protected] urgently. Patiently waiting for a quick response.
