[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not getting Aquaguard delivered after making online payment

I bought the Aquaguard through online website on May28 : DR. AQUAGUARD AQUAGUARD REVIVA RO+UV. Till I bought the Aquaguard, there were numerous calls from their team. But after I made the online payment, there is no response from them. I am not sure if I had made wrong payment. Is the website or these people cheats? I want to know what happens now, will I ever get my aquaguard? The details are :
