Eureka Forbes — Not got bill and any warranty card or any kind of paper for my machine

Bought riviva ro on 12/06/2015 and today is 13/09/2015 still not received any kind of papers related to my machine . At the time of installing we asked for papers they said the papers will be sent to us by courier. And when ever he has been called and asked for bill he says paper will be sent to u by courier, still not received. now he is not picking up calls.
