[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — not installation of machine for last 5 days after buying.

Sir on 13th march i have brought a water purifier but till date it has not been installed. So i think the company is incompetent of providing service to their customer. So i would like to return my product as i is of no use. Even i made call to your executive but i got no response from them. I am extremely annoyed with this harassment. The product is for use but not for show by keeping the packet in front of everyone.

Amount for three years AMC already paid .As per agreement your serviceman not coming in February month 2018 . Under these circumstances you are requested to solve this problem. Same things occur before .

During July, 2017 I shifted to Mumbai at Dombivali East. I have purchased a water purifier from a sales man. His name was Dev Patil. He installed the machine and promised to hand over bills and warranty card later. Till now I didn't receive bill and warranty card and also machine gets un-operational every month.
