Eureka Forbes — Not interested in resolving problem, only promote new products | |||
I raised a complaint when my Nova Aquaguard stopped working in the 3rd week of Sept 2021. I had already paid my AMC and the technician who came said it was motherboard problem which he would resolve in a couple of days. It has been almost 2 months now and they are still not ready to rectify. I have raised 2 complaints after that. The manager of the service center keeps pushing us to buy a new model saying that the parts are unavailable. But we have found out from other sources that this is not true. They dont care about service and are waiting for our contract to end. They are not ready to replace the part even after shamelessly collecting AMC from me. Was this information helpful? | |||
