Dear Sir,
I exchanged my Existing Water purifier with a new one after paying Rs. 9190.00/- through my Credit Card and I received the machine, on May 26th, 2018. But I did not Receive the Bill and Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) documents promised by the Company Representative as promised.
I raised 3 complaints and I did not get any resolution form the company.
Requesting for your help in resolving the issue..

I am from MANIPAL QtrsKMC 137.I have an issue with the tube getting disconnected often.
