On 25th Sept I got my water purifier serviced from Eureka Forbes. The payment done for service and part replacement was Rs 1005/- but the invoice was given only for the service charge of Rs 530. I have been following up with Eureka Forbes for last 1 week and have only got the same scripted reply 6 times.
"We would like to inform you that your complaint has been escalated to our concern team.
Your complaint CM[protected] is open and as early as possible our respective team will get in touch with you."
