Dear Pallavi, Myself Garima from Belapur. i am also facing the same problem from past one month. i took the AMC on 3rd october and from that day onwards i am calling eureka forbes customer care center to replace the filter but they are not responding positively.

I would rate you as worst service provider. From past 2 month's I have been trying to get the service call but you system has failed to help me. I have 3 year amc but from past 2.months our machine is not working and I have been trying to contact your service centres but all in waste This is the most ridiculous and bad and worst experience I ever had with anyone in my lifetime. these people are worst... they made me wait for 3 months... never replied my complaints and now when the engineer came for the service on sunday... he was not ready to change the faulty card. he tried to pull wires from here and there and for next 1 hour he did nonsense... and later told me that the machine is now working... but next day when i tried to fill the water .. it was the same. i had taken 3 years AMC and paid them money but these cheaters are robbing us our money. they do not want to spend money and change the faulty card and hence they are sending some stupid engineers and giving the worst service.
