As I have bought your RO machine from your company office at (New CG Road Chandkheda Ahmedabad-382424) branch I was being told that bill copy will be sent to me by post within a week. But till time I have not received my bill copy. If this nominal thing is not managed well by company then as an customer what service should I expect from company. Its more then three week I have purchased your machine. Is there anybody responsible to dispatch a bill copy. Kindly do needful to resolve my problem.
