[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not refunded the amount yet | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, i have purchased an aquaguard water purifier on sep 11, 2015. first of all i got the wrong product from salesperson. they replaced that after i requested for replacement. and then they didn''t do proper installation. after few days they solved that issue. but still the product is defective. so finally i decided to go AMOUNT REFUND as per their money back guarantee within 30 days policy. but still i haven''t got my money refunded. no response from both customer care and salesperson. please assist me to solve this issue. complaint number is 92862177. thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
