[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Not refunding my money

I purchased a CCTV camera from Eureka Forbes. And to my surprise the camera stopped working within 3 days. I tried to lodge a complaint. But to my surprise horrible customer care. Unable to lodge a complaint on call. I tried mailing them on forth day.
I got a complain number on the 5th day. I was assure a service visit by 7th day on the mail. And again as expected nobody bothered to show up or call till the 8th day. Then I got to know that eureka forbes offers money back for their product within 30 days. On giving them the money back request, nobody replied. I can understand the company is old and is rUn by old and feeble personal. I do respect oldies. But please some one explain to the eureka forbes that I cannot wait for a long time. And with the quality of their service, I would be very happy with my refund.

The team Came and rectified the problem. Other service people were trying with the equipments when the problem was in wiring. Anyways I am happy with services. All is well if it ends well. There products were good, some problem with the wiring.

I bought the CCTV camera and it was installed on 2nd February 2017 for double the price of a typical CCTV system. I was assured of the bill by the purchaser within next 3 days of my purchase via post. I did not get the bill and on calling I was sent a soft bill on whatsapp, I was shocked with the professionalism of the company. Anyways I thought it would be better if I won't be needing the bill. But to my surprise the camera system and software ceased to work within 8 days of the purchase.
I called the customer care for help but they informed me that I am not a registered person. I had to go through the whole process of giving my address, and all details which took them around 30 minutes. Then I was informed that my complaint could not be registered. I tried calling them for 4 to 5 consecutive days but was unable to register a complain. Then I tried mailing them on the 5th day for which I got the confirmation mail regarding the complain and of a service visit within 2 working days of the complaint. I waited for three days but did not get any call or visit from them. I went to the website and noticed a service escalation tab, I complained there too but all useless. I have been calling, mailing and writing where ever I can to get the CCTV camera fixed for the last 20 days and not getting any results. Now I would like to return the product and get my money back. This has been worst purchase experience in my whole life. I am all frustrated and annoyed with their services.

A service engineer visited my place and I got to know that my system is installed with a local Hard Disk. I paid in full and a local hard disk was installed which failed and have been giving me troubles. The Local Hard disk was installed by Mr. Ranvir Kumar Choudhary without my knowledge. Moreover I paid a cheque for Rs. 21000 and 1000 in cash. And I got the bill of Rs. 19, 370/-

The service engineer needed a LED which I did not have and I requested them to bring their own system for checkup and they denied. They told me that this is not the way we do it. So the company wants me to purchase a LED to have my Camera system fixed. I do not know where to go now

I can understand a company like yours takes far more than 20 days to complete a task soon. I have been hearing the word soon for the last one month. Moreover soon is a subjective word. I would just like my money back. Ask your team to uninstall the system and give my money back please.

The word soon is used very often in your company I guess and is often misunderstood by innocent people like me.
I bought a dr.aquaguard classis+ booster by mistake when i required only classic so i returned that classis +booster to the eureka as per the retun policy.
From last 20 days i am calling every tuesday and friday but there excuse is they will do it next tuesday and again on tuesday when i confirm they say friday.
Ultimately i am not getting my money back i think eureka forbes wants me to go for a complaint in consumer court.
