[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — not refunding my money for the cancelled product

Customer i'd is [protected].
On 11th of july one of your marketing executive from eureka centre came and booked aquaguard classic+ with booster pump through online with my credit card.
They told us u will get within 3 days delivery. But till 4th day no delivery. I called the customer care and cancelled my order. They gave me the ref no of cancellation. But till now no confirmation email or sms about cancellation. Further not returning my money. Near about one month u r cheating me and mind wise iam so upset.in two days my payment of card date is coming. Without receive any product u r using my money. Why u people r delaying to return others money? You people r fraud. If money will not come in two days iam going to put a legal complaint against you.
