Eureka Forbes — Not resolving the aqua guard issue | |||
We have asked Aquaguard customer care for Installation of our water RO /Filter appliance. We raised the ticket 7days back and there is still NO visit. My wife and myself have lost all patience calling 10times everyday. They say it will be resolved in 24rs hrs and it has been 7 days NO RESOLUTION. Because we have AMC, so they'll never come. Is there any way I can approach the CEO or any heads. Last option remaining is to go to consumer court.
